Please read these terms carefully before booking a treatment with Carly Trundle Artistry. By booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings and consultations

All bookings are managed via WhatsApp. A confirmed appointment requires a brief consultation, either in person at the start of your appointment or as a separate complimentary 30 minute session.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee as appointment spaces are limited.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in AED on the menu and are correct at time of publication. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by Apple Pay, payment link, cash, or bank transfer.

4. Suitability and consent

Treatments are subject to a skin assessment and may be declined or adapted at Carly's discretion if not suitable on the day. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any relevant medical history, please advise before booking.

5. Aftercare

You will be provided with full aftercare instructions following your treatment. Compliance with aftercare advice is the client's responsibility and influences treatment results.

6. Liability

Carly Trundle Artistry takes every reasonable step to ensure safe and effective treatment. By proceeding with a treatment you accept that some reactions, redness, or sensitivity may occur as part of the treatment response.

7. Refunds

Treatments are non-refundable once performed. Pre-paid packages remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless agreed otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
